The CHILL-ON project aims to develop an integrated solution for the entire frozen

of eChillOn Smart Labels, a combination of a Time-Temperature Indicator (TTI)

Composition. EuroFIR provides an essential foundation for all food and

The EuroPrevall project investigates questions such as: how many people
really suffer from food allergies; which are the most important foods involved;
why don’t the various diagnostic tests agree; and how does processing
affect the allergenic food?

Eurreca >

European micronutrient recommendations aligned. Across Europe consumers
are confused regarding the ‘right’ levels of vitamins and minerals that should
be taken daily to help maintain health. The eurreca network is bringing together
science and expertise to answer this complex but important question.

The European Nutrigenomics Organisation- linking Genomics, Nutrition
and Health Research (NuGO). Working to integrate and develop genomic
technologies for the benefit of European nutritional science, to facilitate
the application of these technologies in nutritional research and train a
new generation of scientists to use them.
